Kanangra Grange
Louden Builders have done an impressive job in restoring Kanangra, a traditional Queenslander home, to its former glory. The fact that the house had never been renovated before makes the project even more significant, and its impressive that the team was able to complete substantial construction and landscaping work to give the house an updated look while still maintaining its traditional character.
It’s also commendable that owners were keen to preserve the Queenslander’s traditional style and the builders were able to deliver on that vision. It’s always challenging to balance modern update with preserving the history and character of the building, so it’s great to hear that the team was able to achieve a harmonious blend of old and new.
Robe St, Grange
We were employed over a five-year period to renovate this property. Most of the property was touched including new internal stairs, new kitchen and bathrooms, new timber floors laid, a major garage makeover, northern veranda renovation, custom awnings, internal stairs, landscaping and this list goes on. All of this culminated in a beautifully architecturally designed rear pavilion. This project was a pleasure to be a part of and we worked with some great local businesses to produce these incredible results.
Lily St, Mitchelton
This property had some clever building and renovating work carried out on it. It boasted a completely revamped kitchen as well as some structural changes. A new rear veranda and front carport was added and the entire property was repainted.
All this added up to make a simple but cost effective renovation project were this ex rental property could be sold for a good profit.
Baronia Ct, Everton Hills
Was a full blown renovation. This house was more or less completely guttered and rebuilt all though it did not have to be raised there was some substantial work carried out. The result was a happy client and good-bye to the ugly duckling of the street.
Camp Mountain
A beautiful part of the world is definitely Camp Mountain. This was a traditional style house built about 20 years ago. The owners wanted all the orginal features preserved on the new build. We added to and existing garage, extended the main bedroom with a massive wardrobe and extended the existing deck. All while keeping with the existing structure.
